30 second countdown for Empaths.
If you’re an Empath, a Clair-sentient, or a sensitive you feel everything.
Sometimes it’s difficult to differentiate between the emotions that are yours, and the emotions that you’ve picked up either by; association, the healer self or with displacement.
Associated Emotions are emotions we pick up from others we are close to and in some form of relationship with.
We take on these emotions as our own to be supportive and build a
deeper connection with that other person.
We may not be conscious that we do this. Unconscious Empaths pick up
other people’s energy, pain, and emotions to try to help or to try to fit in.
This is why self- care is so very important for sensitive people, Empaths and Clairvoyants.
Empaths who are also Healers, offer to diminish other people’s pain and emotions by way of healing, moving or shifting these emotions, since that’s what healers do. Normally if you know how to do this, you know how important it is to do self-care.
* Reminder – it is always necessary to ask another person if you can assist them in any way – this includes any form of help, be it physically, mentally or energetically.
Displacement is energy, emotion, pain, or even physical symptoms which someone else has
knowingly or unknowingly placed onto you.
These are accepted and dealt with as if they are yours, potentially not even becoming
aware that they have been shifted to you by someone else.
All of the above could become hazards to our health.
It’s time we took control of our physical body, our emotional being and our mental being.
Wouldn’t that feel amazing to be in total control of every aspect of our lives?
Ok, so let’s get into the Triad and work this sh*t out.
Step One of the Triad – Testing
For this Session we will be testing the intensity of a low level emotion, such as guilt, shame, fear, jealousy, anger, and regret.
How intense is the emotion still?
If you still have intense lower level emotions ask for these emotions to leave you if they are not yours, and return to Source to be dispersed accordingly.
If you STILL have intense lower level emotions, muscle test what percentage is related to your physical body, what is related to your mental being and what is related to your emotional being.
Write down your test results.
Step Two – Tapping
Taking responsibility for your actions, energy and well-being, let’s tap!

|UN||I enjoy feeling empowered enough to serve in this reality|

Step Three of the Triad – Retest
Retest the emotions attached to your physical body, mental being and emotional being and see how much of a difference this Session was.
