Sometimes, when we go without validation for so long our shadow can’t help but speak up on our behalf.

Our shadow can sometimes act from our inner child…. more on that later….

This one is a biggie SEO’s… so grab my hand and dive in with me!  😉

** The cool thing about Chakras is… If you intend for good, have positive results in mind and work WITH your Chakras, they know how to take it from there… and ultimately, I want you to be able to learn from your own energy field….. **

But that’s another LONG post…  for another time… back to feeling invalidated.

If you do feel invalidated, perhaps you need to ask yourself….

“Am I needing external validation?”

The next question should be ….

“Do I validate myself?”

Validation should never come from an external source.

Sure compliments and nice words are great to hear, but we should never NEED to hear them after we are an ‘adult’.

We are so task oriented, that we do not honor or validate ALL aspects of who we are. We are not just physical, not just mental…

Sometimes shadow aspects rear their head, our inner child cries for attention or we want to hide inside our protective bubbles because we don’t take the time needed to keep ourselves balanced and centered.

Here are ways to find which Chakra aspects that need validation, and ways to stir fresh energy to engage our energy systems with our bodies.

Begin with one, or go from the bottom up with one a day! 😀 Enjoy!

  1. Root Chakra.

Shadow: Do you feel unsafe, depressed or fearful?

Breath Connection: Breathe into your Root Chakra, pull red energy in, ask the Root Chakra to balance out and spin at the correct frequency.

Exercises: Standing, bend your knees, bounce lightly and energetically release any energy inside your Root Chakra that is no longer serving you, command this stagnant energy to leave and fresh energy from Source to replenish.

Root Meditation: Sit in a chair with feet flat on the floor. Expel all air out, and when breathing in ask Mother Earth to bring roots up into your feet, up your legs and into your Root Chakra. Sit feeling this connection for as long as you would like. Then on releasing, thank Mother Earth, and ask that she take the stagnant energy to recycle into something useful. Breathe deeply. On every exhale, imagine the roots retreating back toward the Earth one-two inches at a time. You want to do this SLOWLY. Sit in gratitude for as long as you can/want after this.

Affirmation: I have the right to be me. I honor and love my body. I have an empowering relationship with my community.

2. Sacral Chakra.

Thank this energy for cleansing and balancing your Chakra.

Wait for your body to respond. You will either feel a pull to lean forward or backward. Thank your body for the answer. Ask your body what ‘yes’ would feel like for your Solar Plexus Chakra. Ask what the highest good would feel like for your Solar Plexus Chakra. Thank your body for the answer. If you don’t feel an answer for any of these questions, keep trying! The more you tap in, the better the connection.
