These terms and conditions are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions of use carefully prior to purchasing, use, or accessing any product or service delivered by or through Jillian Schleger Consulting.
General Information
This website is owned and operated by Jillian Schleger Consulting, a business of sole proprietorship located at PO BOX 217 Lawrencetown NS, B0S1M0, Canada.
Use of this website and any information on it or related to it is at your own risk. We host our site and take responsibility to maintain the accuracy of its information and make no assumptions about the intentions of each visitor’s use of our website. Terms and conditions, as well as pricing and other information on this site, may change at any time without notice.
By purchasing access to programs, courses, healing sessions or other services provided by Jillian Schleger Consulting, you hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the following terms:
Services
Jillian Schleger consulting, coaching programs, healing services and materials may include different components such as videos, audio tracks, PDFs, live calls, access to a private Facebook community, and membership website. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials, healing services and coaching for personal use only, in accordance with this agreement. We reserve the right to terminate your license and right to use the materials, without providing any refund, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached or violated any of the provisions of this agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, we may, in our sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate, your participation with Jillian Schleger consulting programs, including live programs, healing sessions, consultations, and social media-based and digital programs, without refund, if you i) become disruptive or are difficult to work with, ii) you fail to follow the program guidelines, or iii) you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our programs, or iv) you fail to show up for your previously scheduled sessions with your healer, coach, or mentor, therefore fore fitting your agreement.
Payment
You shall pay Jillian Schleger Consulting the full purchase price via the agreement as follows:
If a payment plan is in place, you agree to initiate automatic payments immediately following your confirmation of enrollment.
When you make a purchase, you authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Venmo account provided in accordance with the payment plan you selected. You must provide complete, current, and accurate payment information and update us promptly should any payment information change. If for any reason, payment is not received on the due date, and Jillian Schleger Consulting has not been notified prior, you agree to pay a 5% late fee, per day, until the invoice is paid in full. If payment is not paid in five calendar days or more, you agree to pay all current and future amounts due upon demand, together with any applicable collection fees, including attorney fees, and costs, on any outstanding balances. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason. Failure to pay required fees may result in Jillian Schleger Consulting terminating the agreement and discontinuing your access to enrolled coaching programs and any of our coaching materials. Your use of the materials after your termination may extend the term of this agreement and may cause you to incur additional fees. Jillian Schleger Consulting is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over-limit charges, or NSF fees by your bank or credit card company.
Payment includes, but is not limited to, the following for the duration of the agreement:
Weekly check-ins via email with coach response time no later than 24 hours after check-in submission, so long as check-in is received by the deadline and is comprehensive. Jillian Schleger Consulting is under no obligation to respond to late or incomplete check-ins as outlined in the online course modules.
Membership is exclusive to the Facebook community, Facebook messenger chat, or our telegram group with your coach or member support.
Enrollment in personalized healing programs in courses with online course modules.
Access to sensitive coaching, and healing information you need for your current coaching program and agreement.
Text email support for all questions – with a response time of no later than 24 hours.
Specifics of the client’s program are not outlined in this agreement, are discussed on a per-case basis, and the signing of this agreement acknowledges all aspects of the program as agreed upon between Jillian Schleger Consulting and the client.
Refund Policy
Jillian Schleger Consulting takes your investment in your healing and learning seriously, and it would behoove you to take our investment of time and resources into your healing and/or success just as seriously.
Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given, unless otherwise specified in writing.
No monetary refunds are provided but funds may be used for alternative programs, courses, healing sessions, or store credit.
Utilizing communication within the Facebook community or Facebook messenger chat gives you access to coaching opportunities, and/or materials, for purposes of this subsection, and with such access to Jillian Schleger as your Coach/Healer is in fact, ownership of, and confirmation by you of your entry into contract with Jillian Schleger Consulting.
If your agreed-upon payment to Jillian Schleger Consulting is not received within three business days you may no longer have access to any portions of the coaching, or healing materials, and you may be removed from all groups or membership areas immediately.
Jillian Schleger Consulting has the sole discretion to determine whether you satisfy the eligibility criteria for you to retain access to training materials and is under no obligation to provide a detailed account of or reasoning behind your removal from private member areas.
Course Purchase Refunds
As you were able to download, make use of, and implement the course information immediately, we will not be providing refunds of any digital downloads or product purchases.
We do not, under any circumstances, offer refunds because of a change of mind, or change of circumstance. Therefore, it is in your best interest to carefully review the website content, and ensure the course, product or program is suitable for your needs before purchasing.
Security, and Assumption of Risk
It is your responsibility to secure your username and password from theft, loss, or any other means of unauthorized use that would violate these terms and conditions of use. We do not store any credit card numbers, payment information, or username and password information. By utilizing these processing and service applications, you assume any and all risk or liability for the security of your details and agree to be bound by the third-party terms and conditions of use.
By accessing the information, courses, products, or healing sessions of Jillian Schleger Consulting you assume all the risk of your access, and any subsequent actions you choose to take as a result of the influence, information, or educational materials provided to you.

Confidentiality
You have no right to confidentialities, unless otherwise explicitly stated, such as in subsequent client agreement, or otherwise, implicitly agreed upon as mandated by law or fiduciary duty.
Intellectual Property
Any and all information learned through the programs, courses, and digital products of Jillian Schleger Consulting is the sole property of Jillian Schleger, and cannot be sold, reproduced, or taught without the explicit written consent of Jillian Schleger.
You may not:
Re-sell or trade this information.
Share this information with anyone else who has not yet purchased it, or opted in to receive it.
Reprint or republish any of the offerings or training, in part, or whole.
Distribute any of the materials contained in any of Jillian Schleger Consulting’s programs, courses, or healing sessions as your own.
Reproduce or repurpose any part or whole of Jillian Schleger Consulting’s work for distribution as your own work.
Claim ownership of, or use any of our intellectual property, without our prior written consent, which includes but is not limited to; copyright, such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, ebooks, audio books, print materials and books, lessons, videos, and more; trademarks, such as names, logos, taglines, or other unique source identifiers; or trade addresses, including the look and feel of the material.
Use our material or any related information in any unlawful way for any illegal or unlawful purpose.
Result Disclaimer
Jillian Schleger Consulting cannot and does not guarantee or promise any level of results, or healing of any specific physical or mental change from the use of coaching, healing, or informational materials.
Your level of success in attaining results is dependent upon a number of factors, including your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, finances, implementation, and devotion to your program. Jillian Schleger Consulting makes no guarantees that you will achieve any results from our techniques, or advice, and Jillian Schleger Consulting offers no professional, legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.
Your Information
We may provide the opportunity for you to be a part of a group program, where you share your name, profile picture, and possibly personal information during these coaching calls. These calls are often recorded. In this agreement, you expressly acknowledge and agree that once you submit your content, it will be accessible to others and that there is no confidentiality and privacy with respect to it, including, without limitation, any personally identifying information that you may make available.
You are entirely responsible for all of the content, that you upload, share, post, or otherwise transmit via the program, and you will indemnify us with respect to any loss, liability, claim, or damage suffered, or incurred by us in connection with your content.
You acknowledge, with respect: i) that you own all intellectual property rights with your content, and have the right to provide your content within the program for use as contemplated herein, and ii) that you are at least 18 years old. You grant to us and our affiliates, a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide, assignable, transferable, right, and license to reproduce, display, perform, transmit, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your content, including your name, likeness, and photograph in any formats or media, now known or here, after devised, in connection with our provision or promotion, information, products, or services.
Privacy
We respect your privacy, and we must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Jillian Schleger Consulting members and students. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans, and trade secrets, and must insist that you respect the same rights of Jillian Schleger Consulting as well as fellow members in any Jillian Schleger Consulting program.
Thus you agree:
Not to infringe on any member of Jillian Schleger Consultant’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
That any confidential information shared by Jillian Schleger Consulting students, clients, or members is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the client or student who disclosed it.
Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other clients of Jillian Schleger Consulting.
That all materials and information provided to you by Jillian Schleger Consulting are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belonging solely and exclusively to Jillian Schleger, and may only be used by you as authorized by, and with written consent of, Jillian Schleger.
The reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone, but Jillian Schleger is strictly prohibited.
That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph Jillian Schleger Consulting, and or other employees of Jillian Schleger Consulting will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
While it is encouraged to share, and we appreciate you sharing, your positive personal results from our programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral, or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.
Audio and Video Release
By participating in these programs you authorize Jillian Schleger Consulting to use your story and feedback as a testimonial, and further agree to allow the use of your voice, photo, and likeness captured in any programs via photographs, audio, or video, using any technology known or unknown, to be used for future products and/or marketing without compensation. In this authorization, you waive any right you may have to inspect and/or approve any photographs, audio, or video of yourself. You understand and agree that all recordings are exclusive rights of Jillian Schleger Consulting and will not ask for or expect compensation for the use of the recordings or photographs in which you appear or speak. Jillian Schleger Consulting owns all rights to any audio, video, and/or photographs captured during any program and within this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution
If you and Jillian Schleger Consulting cannot find a resolution to any dispute or potential claim by means of good-faith negotiation, then you explicitly agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve any such dispute through mediation or alternative dispute resolution before filing any civil cause of action.
Non-Disparagement
If you are found to be slandering, libeling or otherwise disparaging Jillian Schleger Consulting’s offerings, services, programs or related materials you will be immediately removed from all offerings at our discretion. We reserve the right to file a civil claim of action against you for any such damaging actions.
Consent
By using our website, and enrolling in any of Jillian Schleger Consulting’s programs you herby consent to our terms and conditions of use and privacy policy.
